Your Role

Saab Aeronautics is facing an exciting challenge to manufacture and deliver tomorrow's products within military and civil production. As a Spray Painter in Aeronautics' series production, you will face a varied daily routine that requires personal flexibility to meet the department's goals. You will be part of a team effort involving reading technical drawings, masking, and spray painting.

You will become a member of a goal-oriented group that influences your own daily work through self-control, prioritization, and a high degree of responsibility for quality and delivery. Given the high demands placed on the work process, all process parameters are documented in the production systems IFS and Sharp.

The position operates on a two-shift schedule.

Your Profile

The role of a Spray Painter involves daily collaboration and communication with others, so you should be flexible and service-oriented. As a person, we see you as positive, driven, and eager to develop. You will be working with sensitive processes, so it is important that you are meticulous and responsible in your work. You have the ability to take initiative, appreciate bringing ideas to the table, and strive for improvements in your work.

Previous experience in spray painting and/or reading technical drawings is an advantage.

You must also be proficient with computers and able to communicate well in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks applicable at the time. For positions where Saab requires a security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
