About the role:

We are now seeking an experienced sheet metal worker for a well-established and successful industrial client with modern production and a high focus on quality.

In this role, you will work with programming and processing of sheet metal in an advanced production environment. You will be responsible for programming, setup, and optimization of production, ensuring that manufacturing maintains high quality and efficiency. You will become an important part of a cohesive team where experience, precision, and collaboration are highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1–2 years of experience in programming within sheet metal processing.
• Has practical experience with CNC-controlled sheet metal processing.
• Has worked with machines from brands such as Trumpf, Salvagnini, Bystronic, Amada, or similar.
• Has good technical understanding and can read and interpret drawings.
• Is quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and works in a structured manner.
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
• Has a stable work history with continuity in previous employment.
• Lives within a reasonable commuting distance to the workplace or intends to settle in the local area.

We prefer that you have a few years of experience in the profession and feel confident in your skills. Therefore, we are looking for an established sheet metal worker who wants to continue developing in a modern production environment.
