We are now looking for experienced machine operators for production at an established industrial company. The assignment is located in Motala and involves working in a modern production environment with a focus on machining in several different types of machines. You will become part of a cohesive team where quality, precision, and collaboration are at the center. Start date is within the notice period.

In the role of machine operator, you will primarily work with milling and turning in various types of machines, such as bed mills, multi-operation machines, and turret lathes. You are responsible for setting up and programming machines, using control systems such as Okuma OSP, Heidenhain, and Fanuc. The work involves interpreting drawings, performing measurements, and ensuring that production maintains high quality. You will work with both direct machine programming and finished NC programs from CAM systems. Furthermore, the role includes reporting production time and quantity in business systems, as well as close collaboration with colleagues in production.

• Experience working as a CNC operator in milling and/or turning
• Knowledge of reading drawings and measurement techniques
• Experience with control systems such as Okuma OSP, Heidenhain, or Fanuc
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or industrial engineering education
• Experience with reading form, position, and direction tolerances
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience in similar industrial production
