About the Company
Specialverktyg i Norrköping AB is a family-owned company that has been developing, designing, and manufacturing cutting special tools and precision components for industrial customers worldwide since 1992. With over 30 years of experience, the company has established a strong position in advanced precision manufacturing and today delivers solutions to customers in medical technology, aerospace, and other high-tech industries.
By combining solid craftsmanship with modern CNC technology, high specialist competence, and a continuously updated machine park, products are created where quality and precision are paramount. The operations cover the entire process – from idea and design to finished product.
At Specialverktyg, you will work with some of the market's most advanced precision components in an environment where tolerances are measured in micrometers. With modern measuring technology, high technical competence, and exciting projects aimed at the industry of the future, you are offered a rewarding daily routine where quality, innovation, and professional pride are at the center.
Your Responsibilities
As a CNC Operator, you will become an important part of Specialverktyg's continued growth and development. You will work with grinding and machining of high-precision tools and components where accuracy and quality are crucial to the final result.

You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life. If you lack experience in cylindrical grinding, you will receive support from a supervisor who is responsible for your introduction and internal training, giving you good conditions for developing in the role.
The position is based during daytime hours.
