About the role

We are currently looking for a file worker (fitter/finisher) for one of our clients in Finspång. The role involves post-processing work such as filing, grinding, and deburring of compressors and turbine disks, as well as other rotor components, followed by quality control. You will collaborate closely with other departments in the production team and drive continuous improvements together with them. The position starts immediately or as agreed. Working hours are during the day shift.

Your profile

We are looking for you with workshop experience. We prefer that you have previously held a role involving metalworking, along with deburring and grinding. Experience working from technical drawings and the ability to interpret them independently is a merit. Requirements:

• Experience in workshop/industrial work.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Truck and crane operator certificates are a merit.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
