Your Role

As a Sheet Metal Bonding Operator at Saab Aeronautics, you will become part of a specialized team working on the manufacturing of advanced sheet metal structures for the Gripen, Robot 15, and space products from Beyond Gravity.

Your primary responsibility is to manufacture sheet metal bonding components in a controlled environment, as well as performing fit-up and post-processing with high precision. Your work is crucial to ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

The team is jointly responsible for quality, delivery precision, and efficiency, and you will continuously work on improvements to optimize both processes and results. The role also involves close collaboration with adjacent departments and support functions.

The working hours are during the day, and the location is Tannefors, Linköping.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology and industrial manufacturing. You have completed upper secondary education, preferably with a practical focus. Experience from industrial work is an advantage. We also expect you to have good computer skills, as well as proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
