Are you a meticulous and quality-conscious welder/plate worker who wants to work in a high-tech and international company? At Adecco, we are currently looking for welders/plate workers for Siemens Energy in Finspång, where you will play a key role in the production of components for the energy sector.

About the role

As a welder/plate worker at the Welding Workshop, you will become part of a team working with the manufacturing and repair of components for gas turbines and steam turbines. You will work practically with plate processing and welding, and contribute to the development of working methods and processes.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Plate processing such as rolling, bending, and straightening of both thin and thick plate
• Fitting and assembly of turbine components
• Welding using TIG, MMA, and MAG methods
• Interpreting and working from technical drawings
• Participating in improvement work and the development of processes and working methods
• Contributing to a safe and structured work environment

The position is a full-time role and a consultancy assignment via Adecco, starting from 2026-09-01 to 2027-09-01.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Upper secondary education with a focus on welding/plate or equivalent experience
• Experience in welding and plate processing
• Good ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Basic computer skills
• A structured working method and a good sense of order and tidiness

Merits:

• Welding qualifications in TIG, MMA, and MAG
• Experience from similar industrial operations
