We are currently recruiting production personnel for various roles within the manufacturing industry to meet upcoming needs for our client. The assignment is confidential and concerns a well-established player in the Swedish industry with continued growth and development.

We are primarily looking for individuals with experience or interest in areas such as CNC machining, welding, and assembly, although other production-related competencies may also be relevant.

About the position:

The positions are varied and may include tasks such as:

• CNC machining and machine monitoring
• Welding and post-processing
• Assembly of mechanical components
• Reading drawings and quality control
• Forklift and crane operation
• Other common tasks within production and industry

The work may be scheduled during day shifts or rotating shifts depending on the position and the business's needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from industry, production, or workshop environments
• Has experience as a CNC operator, welder, assembler, or similar role
• Is technically interested and hands-on
• Can read drawings and work carefully according to instructions
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and has good collaboration skills
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

It is an advantage if you have a forklift license, crane license, or welding certifications, but this is not a requirement.
