About the Role
Assembly Technician (Montör) – You will assemble both small and large components. The work varies depending on the department but always requires precision and a technical interest. As an assembly technician, you thrive in practical work and preferably have experience in assembly or technical tasks, even from hobbies. We are looking for everyone from experienced technicians to more junior profiles.
Material Handler – You are responsible for ensuring the right materials are in place for production and assist with warehouse management. We prefer that you have experience with forklift operation or work in warehousing/industry. You may also enjoy simpler picking and packing tasks.
2-Shift Schedule:
Mon–Thu: 05:54–15:06 / 15:00–23:36
Fri: 05:54–14:24 / (Off evening shift)
We are looking for someone who
Is a team player with high engagement
Is meticulous, responsible, and reliable
Has a technical interest and a willingness to develop
Contributes to a positive and secure work environment
Requirements
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Valid driver's license
Overhead crane license (can be obtained before start, cost borne by candidate)
Specific forklift certifications depending on department and assignment (training support available before start, but self-funded)

Employment & Application
The selection process includes a background check (criminal record) and a practical work test where you demonstrate your manual skills. This is a consultancy solution where you are employed by Skill but hired as a consultant at Väderstad. After 6 months of employment with Skill, there are good prospects for a permanent position with the ultimate goal of becoming a permanent employee at Väderstad.
