Tistelvind in Boxholm is a family-owned company specializing in fermented vegetables such as sauerkraut, kimchi, pickled carrots, and beets. Our products are delivered to grocery stores, restaurants, and large-scale kitchens across Sweden.

We are now looking for more dedicated food production operators to join our team.

About the position

This is a temporary position based on operational needs, with daytime work approximately 3–4 days per week. To be considered for this role, you must have another primary occupation, such as studies, part-time work, or your own business.

The planned start date is week 35. Before work begins, an introductory day will be held where you will receive information about the operations, tasks, and customer routines.

Job Description

As a food production operator, you will work with various tasks within production, including:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Preparing and manufacturing fermented vegetables
• Warehouse work, picking, and loading
• Cleaning and sanitizing machinery according to food hygiene requirements

The work is practical and physically active. Therefore, you should enjoy working with your body and be able to handle heavy lifting when necessary.

We are looking for someone who

• Is detail-oriented and quality-conscious
• Takes responsibility and works in a structured manner
• Enjoys practical and physical work
• Has good teamwork skills and can work independently
• Is flexible and has a positive attitude
• Can work daytime hours 3–4 days per week
• Has another primary occupation

Previous experience from food production or industry is meritorious but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, commitment, and the willingness to learn.
