Attends is looking for a Quality Engineer – Is that you?

Then this might be your next challenge! We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer for a high-tech process industry company in Aneby.

About the role

As a Quality Engineer at Attends, you will play a key role in improving our processes and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will collaborate closely with production and process teams to ensure that quality is built into every step of the manufacturing process.

You will play an important role in developing robust quality processes and procedures, and promoting a strong quality culture through training, coaching, and the dissemination of best practices.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from customer complaints, lab tests, internal deviations, and production systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate root cause analyses and implementation of solutions together with selected internal teams, and follow up on their effectiveness.
  • Report quality outcomes and trends.
  • Conduct quality-related meetings, workshops, audits, root cause analyses on-site at the factory and with suppliers.
  • Participate in project meetings, risk analyses, and validation activities.
  • Develop new systems for analysis and follow-up.
  • Plan and conduct training in methods and tools.
  • Spread knowledge and best practices to further develop a strong product safety and quality culture within the organization.

Who are you?

  • You have a university degree in engineering, quality management, or similar.
  • You have strong analytical skills and good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, in teams, and to lead teams.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in improvement work and using improvement tools such as PDCA, Six Sigma, FMEA.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
