We are looking for a skilled Bazel Engineer for our client, who works with large-scale build systems in a complex technical environment.

About the role

You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing build systems based on Bazel, with a focus on performance, reproducibility, and scalability. This role is ideal for you if you thrive on solving complex technical challenges and want to play a key role in shaping how software is built and delivered.

Your skills

• In-depth expertise in Bazel (workspaces, rules, toolchains, sandboxing, and caching)
• Experience with large-scale build systems featuring multiple variants
• Knowledge of Android's build system, including AOSP and top-level integration
• Experience with CMake-based builds and cross-compilation targeting QNX
• CI/CD competence with a focus on fast, reproducible, and sandboxed pipelines
• Strong experience with Linux environments – build tools, scripting, and debugging
