Assistant Nurse / Care Aide at Anna's Care and Home Care Team AB

Anna's Care and Home Care Team AB is an established home care company founded in 2009. Today, we have approximately 200 employees and operate from six offices in the municipalities of Nacka and Tyreso.

We work in small teams to create high continuity for our customers and a secure, sustainable work environment for our staff. Each team is led by a supervisor/coordinator and a operations manager who are responsible for daily operations and ensuring that our routines, quality standards, and values are followed.

About the Role

As an employee here, you work closely with people in their daily lives. Our customers need both nursing care and service support at home, and sometimes outside the home. The work is varied, independent, and meaningful.

A large portion of our customers have clear preferences regarding personal continuity, security, and privacy in care situations. This is why we currently need to strengthen our teams with staff who can meet these needs in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements for the position:

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (Category B) (mandatory)
