Welcome to Capio Primary Care Centre Kungsholmen! We are centrally located, a stone's throw from Stockholm City Hall, in the beautiful and historic premises of Serafimerlasarettet, just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. We currently have approximately 16,000 registered patients and a staff of about 55 employees, ensuring close contact and short decision-making paths. Since collaboration is a prerequisite for efficient care, teamwork is a natural part of our daily routine. We conduct joint assessments of our patients during daily rounds to best utilize each other's competencies, always with the patient at the center. When it comes to digital-physical care, we have long been at the forefront, and we continuously work on developing digital tools as a complement to patient care. Your Role

We are looking for you who are trained as a District Nurse or Registered Nurse with experience working in a primary care center. The position consists mainly of working with your own patient list, but also includes standard tasks for nurses in primary care (e.g., telephone advice, chat, and assessment of acute patients). Since the work is relatively independent, you must be able to make your own assessments and decisions, although there is always support available to consult when needed. The work is also largely focused on proactivity; we want to keep "track" of our patients with chronic illnesses and stay one step ahead. Here, you play an important role as you have the main responsibility for maintaining contact and ensuring appropriate follow-up.

About You

We are looking for you who are a District Nurse or Registered Nurse with a few years of experience working in a primary care center. As a person, you are secure, both in yourself and in your profession, and have a patient-focused approach to work. You are meticulous, flexible, and able to adapt your pace and working methods to what the situation requires. Qualities we value highly are teamwork, helpfulness, and the ability to take initiative and drive development. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy, and have good skills in structuring and prioritizing. You are engaged and careful to always maintain high quality in your work.
