At Anna's Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB, we provide home care services in the municipalities of Nacka and Tyresö. Established in 2009, we are a team of fifty employees divided into two groups. This structure is designed to increase continuity for our clients while also fostering stronger cohesion within our staff.

We operate from two office locations. Each group is supported by a personnel manager/coordinator and an operations manager who ensure that daily operations and company policies are followed.

We are looking for someone who is positive, cheerful, resilient under pressure, and proactive. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements for the position:

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken)
