As a foreman, you have an independent and varied job with significant personal responsibility. In our team-oriented work environment, your role is to engage and motivate by promoting participation. In close collaboration with the site manager, you plan and control construction projects, allocate resources, and document daily work to ensure we meet our commitments. You play an active role in leading and following up on work on-site, including the control and follow-up of construction machinery, skilled workers, and subcontractors. You participate in the development of schedules, check your own activities, and conduct work preparation meetings together with the team. By working closely with the site manager, you will continuously develop in your role and can gradually take on greater responsibility. About Civil West The Civil SE West division operates within infrastructure in Gothenburg, Northern Halland, Älvsborg, and Bohuslän. The work covers the entire chain, from design and construction to production within ground and infrastructure projects. We have approximately 250 employees and are divided into four production areas and one specialist group. In the Production Manager Group Bohuslän, approximately 45 employees work, and we have a strong position in the market, especially within water and wastewater (VA). Requirements Your Profile as Foreman We are looking for you who have a construction engineering education from university, college, or vocational higher education (YH), or who have a few years of experience within ground, road, and infrastructure. Whether you have long experience in the industry or are newer but have relevant education and a strong desire to develop, you are welcome with us. • The location is Uddevalla, but projects in neighboring municipalities occur.
• A Category B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
