The Role of Site Manager As a Site Manager at NCC, you are responsible for the entire project execution from contract to handover. Your main tasks include managing the project's planning and execution, ensuring a focus on quality, time, working environment, and economy. The role also involves creating and maintaining good relationships with employees, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. You independently lead and distribute tasks, working together with foremen, professional staff, subcontractors, and others in the project to drive the project forward towards common goals. In your role, you also have support from, among others, the responsible Project Manager, Project Engineer, Safety Engineer, Purchaser, Tender Engineer, and HR. At NCC, we have exciting and challenging projects and handle the complexity throughout the entire construction process, where you as a Site Manager are the hub of the project. About Civil West The Civil SE West division operates within infrastructure in Gothenburg, Northern Halland, Älvsborg, and Bohuslän. The work covers the entire chain, from design and construction to production within earthworks and infrastructure projects. We have approximately 250 employees and are divided into four production areas and one specialist group. In the Production Manager group in Bohuslän, approximately 45 employees work, and we have a strong market position, especially within water and sewerage (VA). Your Profile as Site Manager We are looking for you who have a construction technical education and/or equivalent work experience. To be successful in the role of Site Manager, we see that you have good knowledge of the construction process within earthworks and experience in driving own projects in a leading position. As a person, you are business-minded, enjoy problem-solving, and are motivated to drive efficient and profitable production by working structured towards deadlines. You are computer literate and quick to adapt to new digital systems. Regarding your personal qualities, you have good values that lead to the right decisions at the right time with the company's best interests in focus. Your leadership creates motivation and efficiency in the work group, and you always lead by example. Building good relationships with both customers and employees is a natural part of your personality. • Location in Uddevalla and surrounding area
• A valid B-driver's license and access to a personal car are required for the position
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
