We are now looking for you who have experience, take responsibility in the machine – and contribute to delivering our projects with the right quality from start to finish.

About the role

As a machine operator with us, you play a key role in our construction projects. You work with modern machinery in tasks within earthworks and outdoor environments, where precision, planning, and collaboration are essential.

You are expected to do more than just operate the machine – you also contribute to ensuring the work flows smoothly, maintains high quality, and is carried out safely. This is a permanent full-time position starting with a six-month probationary period, working on our projects in Gothenburg and the surrounding area.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Operate excavators, wheel loaders, or similar machinery in projects
• Perform excavation, grading, and fine grading with high precision
• Work based on drawings and job descriptions
• Actively participate in the work team's planning and execution
• Ensure quality in every task
• Be responsible for daily inspection of the machine
• Contribute to a safe and structured workplace

We are looking for you who

• Have documented experience as a machine operator
• Hold a valid machine operator certificate (required)
• Hold a B driving license (required)
• Can work independently and make your own decisions in production
• Have a good understanding of construction work and the overall project picture
• Must be able to communicate in Swedish, as safety instructions and work tasks are handled in Swedish

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from construction or operational contracts
• Have experience with GPS/ machine control
• Are accustomed to reading drawings
