About the role

We are looking for you who have a vocational certificate or several years of experience in the industry as an HVAC technician. If you also have pedagogical experience, for example as a mentor, it is an advantage. Together with a colleague, you will train participants both practically and theoretically.

To thrive in the role of a teacher with us, it is important that you are a team player who enjoys working in a group. It is crucial that you have the ability and willingness to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. We would like to see that you have experience in leading work and have good theoretical and practical knowledge within the profession. A teaching degree is desirable but not a requirement. We also offer the opportunity to study towards a teaching degree while working.

Your personality is characterized by good cooperation skills and flexibility. You have the ability to build good relationships with everyone you meet in your work. As an educator, you give participants a strong belief in their own abilities to achieve individual and common goals together. You work for a learning and innovative climate and are careful to give participants feedback on their results. Quality is an important keyword for you.

As a teacher with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge, while also getting an outlet for your own passion for your profession.
