Insurance Carpenter for Byggservice

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Carpenter to join our operations in Strömstad, Tanum, Sotenäs, Lysekil, and Uddevalla with surrounding areas.

About the Job

Peab Byggservice works on a wide variety of projects, including renovations, extensions, repair work, office adaptations, and kitchen installations. The group we are currently recruiting for specializes in insurance-related jobs. This means you will work on everything from fire and moisture damage to burglary damage.

You will be the primary contact for customers, insurance companies, and subcontractors. This role requires strong social skills and the ability to coordinate and plan your work effectively. You will perform cost calculations using MEPS, so prior knowledge or experience with this software is advantageous. It is also crucial that you are comfortable using computers as a work tool and have extensive customer interaction in your daily work.

Your Profile

Given the varied nature of the work, we are looking for candidates with previous experience in building services. Experience specifically in insurance jobs is highly advantageous. The role demands professional expertise, and to ensure our customers feel safe and comfortable, it is vital that you are professional in your interactions, trustworthy, and have a service-oriented approach. You should thrive working independently and be driven by being involved in projects from start to finish.

Requirements for the Position

• Professional certification (Yrkesbevis)
• At least 5 years of experience as a carpenter/woodworker
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid B-class driver's license
