The Role of Earthworks Worker

We are looking for an engaged and hardworking earthworks worker to join our production management group in Bohuslän. As an earthworks worker, you will have a varied role as project sizes vary, allowing you to work both independently and as part of small or large teams.

Your Profile as an Earthworks Worker

We would prefer that you have a few years of experience in earthworks and/or civil engineering construction. A professional certificate in earthworks is an advantage but not a requirement. Experience with water/sewerage (VA) and piping is highly desirable as the majority of our projects include these tasks.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and hardworking. You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently when required. Since unplanned events sometimes occur, it is an advantage to be stress-resistant and enjoy problem-solving.

A Category B driver's license is required as the role may involve travel between our projects. You must also be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

About Civil West

The Civil West division is part of the Infrastructure business area, which currently holds a strong market position. We build and develop the future environment for work, housing, and infrastructure, carrying out various types of projects within earthworks, roads, and civil engineering in the region. We have just over 200 employees in the entire division. Our production management group in Bohuslän operates in both the Bohus municipalities and the two-city area and currently consists of around 40 employees. In Bohuslän, we have a strong market position, especially within water/sewerage, with long-term projects on the local market in the future.
