Do you have experience in electrical work and want to work with advanced vehicle installations in a technical environment where precision, problem-solving, and quality are at the center? As a technician at Thermo King, you work with new assembly and installation of cooling units on transport trucks, heavy vehicles, and trailers. The role suits you if you have electrical experience, preferably within vehicles, and enjoy practical, varied, and technical work. The work is self-directed and free, with responsibility for your vehicles. The team has regular check-ins where work is planned and followed up, while support is always close at hand from colleagues and technical installation support.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience with electrical work and a genuine interest in vehicles and technology. Perhaps you currently work as a vehicle electrician, technician, mechanic, or installer with electrical skills and are looking for a role where you can work more specialized and develop together with experienced colleagues. Do you have experience with electric vehicles or training for work with high-voltage systems? That is a big plus! As a person, you are reliable, precise, and take responsibility for your work. You thrive in a workshop environment where people help each other and where teamwork is important. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you should have the right basic competence, willingness to learn, and a serious approach to safety and quality. If you have experience with vehicle electricity but lack high-voltage training, Thermo King may be open to training the right person. Since daily communication, work instructions, and safety briefings are conducted in Swedish, you need to be able to understand and communicate in Swedish. A B and C driver's license is not required but is an advantage.

You will initially be employed as a consultant via Autorekrytering. For the right person, there are very good opportunities to transition into direct employment with Thermo King. The need is long-term, and the ambition is to find the right person for a future permanent position. The work is full-time, Monday to Friday.
