About the position

We work with people – people who live, remember, and struggle every day. As a substitute, you provide support based on each service user's individual needs and contribute to a secure, meaningful, and active everyday life.

The work includes personal care, help with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and medication, as well as other activities. Our goal is for service users to be able to live as independently as possible and be involved in society.

The Social and Care Administration is seeking hourly substitutes for several operations:

• Specialized Housing Here, elderly people live who need round-the-clock support. You help with personal care, meals, social activities, and create a secure and pleasant environment.
• Home Care You visit service users in their homes and help with personal care, meals, cleaning, and other daily chores. The work is independent and varied, where you make a big difference in people's everyday lives.
• Functional Support You support people with disabilities in their daily activities, such as cooking, leisure activities, and social interaction. The goal is to promote independence and quality of life.
• Personal Assistance You provide individual support to people with extensive needs, which may involve help with personal hygiene, communication, and activities that make everyday life meaningful.

In all operations, documentation is an important part of the work.

Qualifications

• Interest in working with people – experience and education are meritorious but not required. We will teach you what you need!
• Previous experience, ongoing, or completed healthcare education is meritorious.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, responsible, and enjoys helping others.
• Can work both independently and in a team.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, as communication and documentation are important parts of the work.
• A driver's license is required for some positions.
• Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
