We at Attendo are looking for a nursing assistant or care aide for Attendo Home Care Bromma.

About the role

As a nursing assistant or care aide with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support, as well as creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes. Contributing to activities that brighten the daily lives of our elderly is a key part of the role.

Your responsibilities include among others:

• Personal care according to company routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assisting with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, as well as cleaning and laundry when needed.
• Documentation and working according to decided interventions.
• Collaboration with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Nursing assistant education (minimum 1350 credits) or care aide education (800 credits).
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills.
• Category B driver's license.

Merits:

• Experience from care work in elderly care.
• Experience with delegation.
