Job Description

We are looking for a teacher with certification and eligibility to teach Spanish for grades 7-9. As a teacher at Mörmoskolan 7-9, you will work in close collaboration with colleagues to systematically make teaching and the learning environment accessible to all students. You identify and apply various pedagogical solutions to stimulate and create conditions for development and learning together with others.

At Mörmoskolan, we believe that trusting relationships are the foundation of learning. You are skilled at building such relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You leverage students' interests as a way to involve, challenge, and teach them.

Your teaching is characterized by a language- and knowledge-developing approach, where you adapt instruction to students' needs through guidance, stimulation, and additional adjustments.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have teacher certification with eligibility to teach Spanish for grades 7-9.
• Have the ability to adapt teaching based on students' different needs.
• Are a clear, secure, and non-hierarchical leader in the classroom.
• Have a student-centered approach and view student participation as a natural part of learning.
• Are skilled at creating trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

Personal suitability will be given great weight. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline ends.

The appointment can only be made provided that required decisions are taken. Prior to employment, you are required to submit a valid extract from the criminal record register in accordance with current legislation.

Employment Terms

• Fixed-term employment: Until June 2027.
• Extent: 50%.
• Start date: August 2026 or as agreed.
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment (duration 6 months or longer).
