Appointment Setter at AIM Partner – We are looking for 4 new colleagues

AIM Partner is growing, and we are now looking for 4 new appointment setters/sales representatives for our office in Solna. We were previously known as Generaxion, but today we are AIM Partner. You might recognize us from before – we are now continuing our journey under a new name, with the same drive forward and a clear focus on growth, sales, and development.

Here, you will have the opportunity to learn sales from the ground up, develop through daily coaching, and eventually take the next step toward a role as an Account Manager.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by goals, results, and personal development.

About the Role

As an appointment setter at AIM Partner, you will become a key part of our continued growth. You will handle the initial contact with potential corporate clients and be responsible for booking high-quality meetings with our advisors.

The work takes place from our office on Rosenborgsgatan in Solna, where you will become part of a social, ambitious, and goal-oriented team. We coach each other, work towards common goals, and celebrate successes together.

This is a role for you if you want to enter B2B sales, build confidence in customer interactions, and create a long-term career in sales.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Contact companies via phone
  • Present AIM Partner's services in a professional and engaging manner
  • Identify customer needs and spark interest
  • Book high-quality sales meetings with potential clients
  • Work towards both individual and team goals
  • Develop within sales, communication, and business acumen
  • Eventually have the opportunity to participate in client meetings and grow into a more business-driving role

Previous experience in sales, customer contact, service, or appointment setting is advantageous but not required.
