About the role

Our client is a partner-owned fund management company now seeking support within marketing. The business focuses on investments in the Swedish real estate market and works on acquiring, developing, and enhancing properties throughout the country. With extensive transaction experience and an active management strategy, the company develops its assets and creates business opportunities with attractive risk-adjusted returns for its investors.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with driven and ambitious colleagues who want to do that little extra at work. We are now looking for you who want to become part of this office, which consists of 8–10 people. They are responsible for the operational activities within management, finance, and transactions, and you will capture relevant and interesting events in the business and transform them into engaging content. Furthermore, you are responsible for creating structure in the company's digital presence and ensuring visibility to the right target groups via LinkedIn, the company website, and Mynewsdesk.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. Read more about our consultancy offer. The assignment is long-term during your study period, provided all parties are satisfied.

Responsibilities

The role involves operationally and creatively driving the company's communication in digital channels and strengthening the brand towards professional partners and investors, as well as being responsible for some internal communication. Here you work at a high pace with great personal responsibility, where your ideas can quickly become reality.

• Create and publish content on LinkedIn, the company website, and Mynewsdesk.
• Contribute to increasing the company's visibility.
• Assist with events.

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 1 year left of post-secondary studies in marketing, communication, or similar.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as these are used in daily work.
• Good computer and system skills.
• Have an interest in finance and real estate.

It is an advantage if you have

• Basic knowledge of publishing and editing systems.
• Previous experience from a similar role.
