Do you want to work broadly within marketing while also being the one who makes things happen in practice? We are now looking for a Marketing and Event Coordinator who wants to take a holistic approach to our operational marketing work and help build the next step in our marketing function.

About the role:

As a Marketing and Event Coordinator, you will become part of Kiwa's marketing and communication team in Sweden, where we work with both internal and external marketing – from brand building to campaigns and business support. The team is responsible for the full range of marketing work, including:

• Strategy and brand
• Events and trade fairs
• Digital channels and social media
• Content, campaigns, and communication

We are a small but engaged team with many contact points within the organization. We work closely with both the sales organization and HR, as well as Kiwa's business areas and external partners. The role you are stepping into has a clear focus on ensuring that our marketing work operates efficiently here and now, while simultaneously contributing to developing a more data-driven and scalable marketing function. You will become a key person in creating structure, continuity, and efficiency – and at the same time freeing up time for the team to work more strategically forward.

Your main areas of responsibility:

You drive, coordinate, and develop our operational marketing work within:

Events and trade fairs

• Planning, execution, and follow-up
• Coordination with internal and external parties

Digital channels

• Content and publishing on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Ongoing follow-up of reach and engagement

Campaigns & distributions

• Target groups and segmentation
• Content creation
• Effectiveness follow-up

Materials & suppliers

• Ordering and coordinating giveaways and fair materials
• Contact with external suppliers

Internal structure & support

• Create templates
• Coordinate content on internal screens and channels
• Contribute to structure and clarity in the work

AI in marketing work

• Using AI as support in content production
• Contribute to more efficient working methods

Do you have what it takes?

As a person, we believe you are structured and solution-oriented. You have a strong drive and execution focus where you thrive in a role with many parallel activities. We assume that you are communicative and collaboration-oriented with a great interest in digital marketing, content, and AI.

We believe you have:

• Experience in operational marketing work
• Worked with social media and campaigns
• Good ability to create structure and order
• Skills in the Adobe package (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

It is meritorious if you have experience in events or project management.
