You work towards clear goals, are measured on results, and are expected to take full responsibility for your performance. Working hours are flexible, but it is the outcome that counts.

You are never alone – we provide you with structure, coaching, follow-up, and tools to perform at a high level. The rest is up to you.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in telemarketing

• Is self-motivated, competitive, and hungry for results

• Thrives with responsibility and freedom in a remote setup

• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

• Has a stable and fast internet connection

• Is accustomed to working towards clear goals, KPIs, and follow-ups
