Flowmeets is building a global AI platform in conversational intelligence that helps modern sales organizations perform at a completely new level. Our technology analyzes sales calls, coaches sellers in real-time, and automates administration so teams can focus on what matters most – selling and creating business.

Behind the company are entrepreneurs and investors who have built some of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the Nordics and executed billion-dollar deals, including with Google. We are now looking for the next Account Executive who wants to be part of building something big.

About the Role

This is a role for you if you want to own the entire sales process and develop quickly in a modern SaaS environment. You will work with full-cycle sales and be responsible for the entire sales journey – from first contact to closed deal. You will prospect, book meetings, conduct demos, drive conversations forward, and close deals.

You will sell a product that creates clear customer value and targets modern sales organizations looking to work smarter, data-driven, and more efficiently. At Flowmeets, you will also have access to AI-based coaching directly within the platform, which you will use daily to develop as a seller.

The role involves, among other things:

  • Prospecting and building pipeline
  • Driving customer conversations and demos
  • Understanding customers' sales processes and business challenges
  • Consultative and value-based selling
  • Structured work in CRM and forecasting
  • Closing deals and working towards clear targets
  • Close collaboration with both the sales and product teams

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hungry, driven, and eager to develop quickly. You might currently work as an SDR and be ready for the next step. Or perhaps you are already working in closing and want to enter an environment with a higher pace and greater development potential. The most important thing for us is not exactly where you come from, but how you work and how high you aim to reach.

You enjoy taking initiative, are comfortable on the phone, and do not see a "no" as a stop, but as the beginning of the next conversation.

Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus but not a requirement.
