Capio Health Centre Nynäshamn is centrally located in Nynäshamn, approximately a ten-minute walk from the commuter train station. We are a medium-sized health centre with just over 12,700 registered patients. Our services include, in addition to standard doctor and nurse visits, clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, and elderly care.

We also offer a psychosocial clinic, home nursing services, and medical podiatry. We provide primary care rehabilitation as well as specialized physiotherapy with an orthopedic focus. In close collaboration with the health centre, we also have Child Health Care (BVC) and Maternal Health Care (BMM). Capio Geriatrics with direct intake and the Karolinska Primary Care Laboratory are located in the same building.

The number of registered patients is increasing, and therefore we need to expand our team. We are now looking for a nurse who wants to work with telephone advice, chat support, and clinic duties at the health centre.

We actively work on developing our teamwork, including joint assessments, rounds, and regular team meetings regarding our different chronic care groups. Together with our rehabilitation unit, we are also developing methods for team-based group meetings for patients with chronic diseases. We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have experience working in primary care.
