Job Description:

The role of a nurse/district nurse involves standard tasks at a health centre. The work is primarily within home care, but work at the clinic may be alternated as needed. The role requires broad competence and independence.

Experience in home care is desirable, as collaboration and the ability to handle both clinic and home care work are important. At the clinic, we value the ability to work independently with your own patient list.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a licensed Registered Nurse or District Nurse and wish to further develop care at Hagalund Health Centre. Experience in primary care and home care is desirable.

We use the medical record system Take Care.

Employment Type:

Fixed-term position with good prospects of extension. Full-time (100%), part-time may be discussed. Working hours Monday–Friday. Start date by agreement.

• Swedish professional license is required, along with good Swedish language skills corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirement applies to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
