Job Description

We are looking for you who have experience in emergency care at a general hospital and see the benefits of rotating between different care levels. The work is characterized by quick decisions and a high patient flow as care times are short (we treat approximately 2,500 patients/year). AVA receives patients with acute conditions in internal medicine directly from the emergency department. You will care for a varying number of patients depending on the care level and time of day. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are humble, have the ability to put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation, and treat others with respect. You combine independent work with a good ability to collaborate. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You set and adhere to timeframes.

Competency Requirements

• Registered Nurse
• Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1
