About Apoteket Stora Brogatan

Here at Apoteket Stora Brogatan, we have a large self-care offering and a steady, mixed flow of customers, from young to old. We are a team of five employees, including two pharmacists and two technicians, and we are looking to add one more pharmacist to the team. The role offers the possibility to work with order processing during certain times of the day or on weekends. We are located in central Norrtälje, close to the bus station and with access to free staff parking.

The working hours for this position fall within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00–18:00, Saturdays 10:30–15:00, and closed on Sundays.

Your role

Our responsible pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for all who visit us.

As a responsible pharmacist, you actively guide your colleagues by providing support with questions and making safe pharmaceutical assessments.

What you will do with us:

• Continuously work on improving routines and processes for safe and secure customer handling.
• Conduct self-inspections and provide support in carrying out risk and incident analysis.
• Guide your colleagues with questions – we grow and develop together.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Keep yourself updated on our range and campaigns to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work life and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you must be a licensed pharmacist or registered pharmacist (receptarie), with a clear interest in people, health, and medication. You have worked for at least two years at an outpatient pharmacy.

• You have experience with deviation management, including root cause analysis, as well as planning and follow-up of measures.
• You have at least one year of experience in drafting and revising instructions in the self-control program.
• You have at least one year of experience conducting self-inspections with planning and follow-up of measures.
• You are meticulous, ensuring that no important or decisive details are missed.
• You have experience working with, for example, prescription dispensing, personnel management, and student supervision.
• You have a particular interest in quality.
• You are receptive, confident, and enjoy contributing to solutions in everyday life.
