New regulatory requirements and increased responsibility in supplier follow-up mean that a municipal operation needs to strengthen its work within information security and IT security. Here, you will lead the work of updating existing IT contracts, implementing new security requirements in practice, and creating a clear method for follow-up together with Procurement, IT, and the business operations.

You will step into a situation where there is already a new contract package for IT procurement with different levels of classification, including cyber security and security annexes. What is now needed is a project manager who can hold the whole picture together: the dialogue with suppliers, process development, training initiatives, and the definition of supporting tools for follow-up.

This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to combine project management with expertise in information security in an operation where your work will have clear and long-term impact.

• You lead the work of reviewing existing IT contracts and updating them with new requirements within information security and IT security.
• You drive the dialogue between suppliers, Procurement, IT, and the business operations to create alignment and progress.
• You develop and clarify the process for how requirements are followed up in ongoing work.
• You communicate new ways of working and train relevant parts of the organization.
• You help define tools and support for follow-up, so that administrative managers get a clear way of working for classification, follow-up, and risk analyses.
• You contribute expertise in both process, change management, and the security area to turn strategy into concrete results.

• You have documented experience in IT project management.
• You have experience leading projects and change work where strategies and goals are translated into concrete results based on efficient IT solutions.
• You have experience working in the public sector.
• You have competence in information security and IT security.
• You have experience implementing business processes for routines and IT tools for information classification and risk analyses.
• You have an independent approach and have no connections to suppliers or manufacturers, nor do you sell products.
• You can undergo background checks and security interviews if necessary.
