We are now looking for an experienced HVAC/plumbing technician who can also work as a property caretaker for our properties.

We manage over 1,600 rental apartments and 2,000 commercial spaces in the greater Stockholm area.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC/plumbing technician to join our team. We perform renovations of apartments and commercial spaces based on the needs of our clients and property owners.

We are looking for a skilled, meticulous, and loyal HVAC/plumbing technician who is interested in general property maintenance.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and is self-motivated. You should be social and have a positive attitude towards your colleagues and customers.

Requirements:

Education in HVAC/plumbing
At least 5 years of work experience in HVAC/plumbing, property maintenance, and the construction industry
Valid driver's license
