Ronneby Miljö & Teknik AB was founded in 1999 and is a municipal company wholly owned by Ronneby Municipality.

We handle electricity, heating, water, sewage, waste management, fiber optic networks, and broadband. Currently, around 120 people work in the operations. The turnover amounts to approximately 300 million SEK per year.

Now you have the chance to join us! We are looking for an engaged Maintenance Engineer who wants to help develop modern, systematic, and long-term maintenance work within the water and wastewater operations.

In this role, you will be a key person in the effort to shift the operations from reactive to more proactive maintenance, where sustainability, efficiency, and operational reliability are in focus. You belong to the Water & Wastewater (VA) department and work closely with both management and the operational organization.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Develop action plans linked to decided strategies and goals
• Plan, follow up, and analyze maintenance efforts for facilities, pump stations, and pipe networks
• Collect and analyze operational data such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and costs
• Implement and further develop maintenance systems (CMMS)
• Lead and participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with operational technicians, foremen, and process engineers
• Contribute to risk analyses, improvement work, and investment planning
• Monitor the external environment and participate in relevant industry forums

The role has a strategic function and reports to the Business Area Manager, with close collaboration with several functions within the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience in operations and maintenance within water & wastewater or similar technical operations
• An interest in analysis, systematic work, and long-term planning
• Good teamwork skills and experience working cross-functionally
• Good computer skills and an interest in digital systems (CMMS)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in asset management and/or project management
• Worked with key performance indicators within maintenance, such as MTBF and MTTR
