AtrimusRx is a Swedish pharmaceutical company licensed for both wholesale distribution and retail pharmacies. We work with licensed medicines, drug shortages, extemporaneous preparations, and personalized medicines.

Over the past few years, we have built several innovative business areas within pharmaceutical supply, digital health, and personalized medicine treatment. We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager & Business Developer who wants to work closely with the company's management and help drive some of our most important strategic initiatives.

About the role

This is a broad and varied role for you who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where the pace is fast, decision-making paths are short, and opportunities are vast.

You will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for driving, coordinating, and monitoring several projects and development initiatives within the company.

This role suits you if you enjoy creating structure, driving projects forward, and ensuring that ideas are turned into reality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic development projects
• Monitor activities, schedules, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks that risk slowing down projects
• Participate in business development and growth initiatives
• Prepare decision support materials, analyses, and presentations
• Contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and business management
• Support management with operational and strategic issues

Who we are looking for

You have the ability to keep many projects going simultaneously without losing track of the details and thrive in a rapidly developing business.

Qualifications

• Academic education in fields such as economics, engineering, life sciences, or equivalent
• At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, business development, or a similar role
• Very strong organizational and analytical skills
• Good ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, life sciences, or other regulated industries
• Experience from consulting, scale-ups, or fast-growing companies
• Experience in change management and business development

Location

Sollentuna, Stockholm.

The position is a full-time employment based at our office in Sollentuna. Remote work is not included as part of the role.

Step 2: After completing the personality test, a cognitive test (approx. 10 minutes) will be sent separately via email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you receive the test link.
