Your Role

Are you ready to take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and follow-up of assignments within a cross-functional production team? We are now looking for a structured and driven Production Manager who wants to contribute to efficient deliveries with high quality, on time and within budget.

As a Production Manager, you play a central role in our delivery organization. You receive assignments and are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the work in the production team - from start to delivery.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Receiving and following up on assignments and orders
• Planning, prioritizing, and distributing work within the production team
• Resource planning and coordinating competencies based on business needs
• Following up on assignments regarding progress, quality, time, and economy
• Ensuring efficient working methods and deliveries according to plan
• Conducting pulse and follow-up meetings
• Collaborating with GSE engineers, designers, and purchasers to ensure deliveries

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in production management, project management, or another similar leadership role within technology, industry, or development operations. You have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and lead several parallel assignments, as well as experience in resource and delivery planning. Furthermore, you are accustomed to following up on time, cost, and quality, and have worked in planning and follow-up systems, preferably Antura and Jira.

To succeed in the role, you are structured and analytical with clear communication skills. You are solution-oriented and non-hierarchical, and feel confident in leading and coordinating different competencies. You have excellent collaboration skills and are accustomed to working cross-functionally. You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
