Do you want to work with requirements engineering, development, and verification of complex systems, taking responsibility throughout the entire chain from idea to finished solution? About the role

As a System Engineer, you work at the intersection of technology and business operations. You are responsible for translating needs into clear requirements and ensuring that solutions are technically feasible and functional in practice. The work is carried out in close collaboration with specialists within areas such as design, production, and procurement, where you contribute to the whole throughout the development chain.

Responsibilities

As a System Engineer, you will among other things:

  • Specify systems and break down overarching specifications into detailed requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and production materials
  • Coordinate between requirements engineering, design, procurement, and production
  • Solve technical challenges regarding system integration and product lifecycle
  • Participate in projects from quotation to delivery

We are looking for you who

  • Have an engineering degree in areas such as mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or similar
  • Have a few years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Have previously worked with requirements management and technical documentation
  • Have a good understanding of how technical systems function in practice
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience working in project form and collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Experience from the automotive or defense industry
  • Experience with medical technology products

The position is security classified, which means that a security clearance check will be conducted prior to employment. The security clearance includes register checks and security clearance interviews in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
