We have close cooperation with leading Swedish researchers regarding teaching development in preschool, primary school, and adult education. We carry out early interventions together with social services and have a joint mobile team to help students with problematic absenteeism. Responsibilities

We are now looking for a positive, engaged teacher who wants to drive our pedagogical development forward and who sees opportunities even when things are difficult. In our development work, we focus on student-active and formative working methods, as well as reflective learning. We believe that you find it easy to create relationships with others and that you like to work together in teams and to inspire and be inspired by your colleagues in the work group.

You enjoy working close to the students, and active mentorship is important to you. As a mentor, you stimulate students' curiosity and development towards safe, responsible individuals and work actively to prevent bullying and offensive treatment. As support in this work, you have the school's student health team and the school's equal treatment group.

Using digital tools is a natural part of your teaching, and you strive to develop your own and, above all, the students' digital competence in your daily life. Since both you and the students have personal digital tools, and there is a projector in every classroom, there are opportunities to use modern pedagogy where technology supports students' learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a primary school teacher with subject competence in textile crafts or in the entire craft subject. You have adequate knowledge in the use of digital tools and are interested in working with student-active teaching strategies.

You should have your heart in the right place and at the same time have a professional approach and be flexible and receptive to both children and parents. You should be able to use a solution-focused approach and have the ability to bring out the trust of students and parents. We place great value on your engagement, your pedagogical competence, and your ability to create good relationships. The psychosocial working environment should be built on openness, collaboration, and curiosity.
