We are looking for a colleague to join our happy, engaged, and competent team working in pleasant premises on Nygatan in Södertälje, as well as visiting pharmaceutical clients in Östertälje. You will work closely with experienced and helpful occupational nurses, occupational physicians, psychologists, physiotherapists, and others who collaborate with our clients and their employees to achieve good results.

Your main responsibilities:

Your role is broad and varied. Among other things, you will:

• Conduct statutory and preventive health examinations, analyze results, and provide professional feedback to both employees and managers.
• Act as medical support and provide advice in rehabilitation and risk usage cases.
• Conduct client-adapted training in areas such as CPR, first aid, and risk usage.
• Perform vaccinations and blood sampling.

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• A few years of experience from medical practice.
• Education and experience in venous blood sampling.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good IT skills and the ability and interest to deliver in digital tools.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Education as an occupational nurse or district nurse.
• Experience from occupational health care.
• Experience as an instructor in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience with spirometry tests.
• Experience with motivational interviewing.

Other details:

Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays, excluding holidays, 08:00–17:00.

The position involves occasional travel between Falck's units and to clients in the local area, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
