Levanda Personal Assistance is a small, personal assistance company that cares deeply for our employees. We are looking for dedicated and positive employees who are passionate about working with people.
About the Role
An 8-year-old girl with multiple functional impairments is looking for a warm-hearted, playful, and resilient personal assistant who wants to join her on new adventures.
The girl requires 24/7 awake assistance and needs help with most daily tasks, such as:
- Changing diapers
- Meals (manual tube feeding)
- Supervision due to epilepsy and vomiting issues
- Other daily routines
Your Responsibilities
The duties include standard tasks within personal assistance:
- Assistance with meals
- Accompaniment
- Personal hygiene
- Play and fun
- Participation in activities
About You
You should be a cheerful and humorous person with a twinkle in your eye. Being a non-smoker is a requirement.
Previous experience in personal assistance or other care and support professions is advantageous, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right personality and attitude to work well with the client. You should be attentive, flexible, and responsible.
