Radiology in Falun is a 24/7 operation offering both emergency and scheduled examinations within ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), conventional X-ray, interventional radiology, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and nuclear medicine. Over 100 employees with various professions work here, giving you a team of happy, competent, and engaged colleagues. We are a growing radiology department within Region Dalarna. In the autumn of 2025, we opened our newly built MRI facilities, expanding our MRI services. Our operations are characterized by high-quality care, teamwork, and a strong drive to improve care for our patients. We value and actively work to provide our employees with an stimulating and supportive work environment. Personal suitability is highly prioritized when recruiting radiographers.

Responsibilities

As a radiographer with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and that examinations are performed with the highest quality. We work in teams that may vary depending on which lab you are assigned to. Here at Radiology, we have a mix of newer and more experienced colleagues working together. Each section has a section leader whose task is to drive the section's development work in close collaboration with other colleagues.

We use an introduction plan for all new employees. If you are a newly graduated radiographer, we offer a thorough introduction to all modalities within the profession. For 24/7 shifts, there is a salary incentive of 3,000 SEK along with reduced working hours. For day/evening/weekend shifts, there is a salary incentive of 1,500 SEK along with reduced working hours.

Qualifications

• Are a licensed radiographer
• Have good cooperation skills and thrive working in teams, both in planned and emergency operations
• Are committed to providing high-quality care and contributing to a positive work environment
