Main Responsibilities

We are now looking for you who want to be part of a successful operation. As a Cold Counter Specialist (Kallskänka) at Hemköp Stockholm City, you are fundamentally a store employee, which means you take significant responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy. Together with your colleagues, you focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and maintaining the highest quality.

In your role as a Cold Counter Specialist, you handle raw materials and create cold dishes with an understanding of HACCP as well as Axfood's guidelines for hygiene, health, and food safety. With your love for ingredients and burning interest in food, you become an important part of the chain leading to an inspiring shopping experience. Job Information

• Position: Permanent position, 38.25 hours per week. Probationary period applies.
• Start Date: 2026-08-10 or by agreement.
• Working Hours: Varied shifts including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

What We Expect

Extensive knowledge and interest in food, as well as a desire to work with customers and sales, are prerequisites for the role of Cold Counter Specialist. You follow instructions and directives but are also eager to take initiative and contribute creativity and knowledge within the cold kitchen. Experience from cafes, kitchens, or similar is advantageous.

To thrive with us, you should be good at working in a team, be meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious. You enjoy a fast pace and are accustomed to working under time pressure. Together with your colleagues, you manage daily operations, which means you are service- and sales-oriented and are happy to work across departmental boundaries in the store.
