About Hjortviken Country Club

We opened our doors nearly a year ago and today offer two restaurants, 150 hotel rooms, six bars, a Pool Club, as well as an ambitious meetings and events department. Here, everything fits from the small but vital meeting to grand parties, kick-offs, and anniversary dinners.

Our vision is to create experiences that exceed expectations – every single time.

About the Role

As a bartender at Hjortviken, you do more than mix drinks – you create experiences. You are the hub of the bar, delivering taste, feeling, and service with expert touch. The pace is fast, the atmosphere lively, and the details always important.

You thrive behind the bar, have mastery of your craft, and meet guests with warmth, personality, and poise.

Your Responsibilities

• Shake, mix, and serve cocktails with class and character
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable guest experiences
• Ensure the bar is organized, well-stocked, and ready
• Collaborate closely with the restaurant, kitchen, and events teams

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a bartender
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and keeps their cool when things get busy
• Is passionate about service and human interaction
• Is creative, solution-oriented, and curious
• Knows the classics but dares to try something new
• Is a team player with good communication skills
