Cook Wanted – Help Us Keep Traditional Swedish Home Cooking Alive in Mölnlycke 👨‍🍳❤️

Elsie’s is facing an exciting new chapter.

This autumn, we are moving into what is very likely Mölnlycke’s most centrally located restaurant premises, featuring a premium outdoor seating area right in the center.

At the same time, Madeleine will focus more on catering and corporate sales, which means we are now looking for a cook who wants to join us on this journey.

We are looking for someone who:

loves traditional Swedish home cooking and classic flavors
can work independently and take responsibility
thrives in a small team where everyone helps out
wants to help develop a business with high ambitions

For us, it’s not about fine dining and small portions on large plates.

It’s about food that people long for:

Pan-fried meatballs, cabbage pudding, meatloaf, fried fish, brown sauce, pickled cucumber, and lingonberry jam.
