About us: Picadeli is Sweden's largest salad concept in the grocery retail sector. In 2017, we opened our first concept store in the heart of Gothenburg. Since then, we have expanded with three additional restaurants and aim to open more in the future.
Responsibilities: At Picadeli, customers pick and pay for their salads themselves. Your role involves supervising the restaurant to ensure smooth operations. You are responsible for keeping the buffet well-stocked, clean, and fresh, ensuring it is always available for customers when needed.
What we are looking for: We are looking for you who have high ambition and strong moral values. You have the drive to provide customers with exceptional service and a pleasant experience that encourages them to return. Since we work in constant contact with food, it is important that you enjoy keeping your surroundings clean and tidy. You are responsible, proactive, and have an eye for detail.
Previous experience is not the deciding factor for us. Instead, we place great emphasis on you as a person. Experience in similar roles is, however, a plus.
