ICA Kvantum Skövde is Hiring a Restaurant Manager for Urban Bistro

ICA Kvantum in Skövde is a family-owned business with approximately 70 employees.

At ICA Kvantum, we work tirelessly to be Skövde's most modern grocery store.

We have now completed our store-wide renovation and are ready to take the next step towards becoming Skaraborg's most modern grocery store, with a focus on food and meal solutions.

Urban Bistro is located in the store's entrance and is part of ICA Kvantum Skövde. The restaurant offers modern street food, lunch, coffee breaks, a great atmosphere, takeaway, and alcohol service.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Bistro, including routines, sales, food safety, and customer service. A key part of the role involves working on effective communication, pricing strategies, and creating a unified structure within your department. Your work includes production planning in collaboration with the store kitchen's sales manager, as well as product development and campaigns. The position involves working towards set budgets.

• Is physically fit, as heavy lifting occurs daily.

You are a person with initiative and strong positive energy. You should be a role model, able to identify guest needs, and deliver the best possible guest experience with joy. You must be able to handle stressful situations and see the bigger picture in your work. You should be outgoing, enjoy leading a team, but also be able to work independently. You should be organized and tidy, enjoy development, and be engaged, focusing on sales, operations, and creating good profitability and well-being for our customers/guests.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry or grocery retail.
• Excellent knowledge of economics/finance.
• Is structured and has a pronounced quality awareness.

As Restaurant Manager, you report to the Department Sales Manager.

The position is approximately 95%.

The role includes both day/evening shifts and weekend work.

The position is available immediately or by agreement.

Salary is negotiable.
