Sydindiska Restaurang AB is currently looking for a kitchen assistant to join our Indian restaurant in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with daily kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and spices.
Handle dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen and work surfaces.
Manage goods and inventory.
Ensure high hygiene standards in accordance with current food safety regulations.
Assist with simple food preparation and service setup.

Qualifications:

Experience in the restaurant or kitchen industry is an advantage.
Experience with Indian cuisine is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
You are responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded.

The position is full-time and the workplace is located in Gothenburg.
